Students are grouped into several groups;
each group consists of 40-45 students. The students
are chosen in turn in every group. The students who are chosen to be speakers must prepare the speech before they deliver it. They have to make a
speech transcript and pass it to the advisor to be corrected. Having
corrected, the students then can practice and prepare themselves to speak in
front of audience.

The
students are marched face to face in pairs, they are ordered to speak freely
and loudly, they are asked to bring their dictionaries and notes as well.
They can talk anything; the main thing is talking using English. To ensure
students talk, they are divided into groups; each group consists of nine students.
Each student must propose a question in turn to his friends and he will get
nine answers from his friends. Thus, a group has ten questions with 90
answers. The language movers are
there, watching and going around the students. If the students encounter
problems concerning with words, phrases, and sentences, they can directly ask
the language movers who are always standby to cope with their problems.

Some subjects like History of Islam, Tafsir

well. UQI has its own textbooks for certain class.

the language advisor themselves. The subjects include grammar, idiom and

The language advisors provide the wall
magazine. It was published to give information to the students through

The students are gathered in the meeting hall
to watch a film or story in English. They have to write what they see and

or story, the language advisor will choose one of them to retell the film or
the story.

The language lab has its own schedules for
the students. It is because the lab has limited capacity and it only has 20
seats whereas the students are thousands. Therefore, the students have to be queue up
